Ulla Strickland is a native of Germany and has lived in the U.S. since 1993. Riding and painting from an early age on, she has managed to combine her two greatest passions, horses and art, into one.
While she prefers dressage when riding her horses, she will draw or paint anything that catches her eye, be it a horse show scene, foals playing, or a commissioned portrait of horse or pet.
Among other things, Ulla organizes and manages art shows for the GDCTA and Ulla Strickland Studios is starting to become a household name among horse lovers and art lovers.
